I had just been transferred from my accounting agency in Sydney to look after the books of our biggest client in Perth. This meant that I needed t fly into Perth and look for a small office and an apartment for me to work and live in while I was the accountant for this firm. All the expenses were paid so all I needed to do was find these items on my list so that I could set up shop and start work immediately. I fly into Perth with two weeks to find everything that I needed which was not a problem in the time I had to do the tasks. After picking up my rental car from the car rental Perth airport agent I then found my hotel and made my way to the real estate agent.

The office I found was just a small room with a kitchenette attached to it so I purchased a desk, computer and filing system to start the office and make it functional. After that I was able to find a top story two bedroom apartment right on the next street my office was on in the business district of Perth. The plan had worked perfectly and now I was ready to begin business.
